I think going to Landry really opens up our offense too (and having a receiving TE option)

I have a lot that I'll get to later, but we won a game that mattered against a team with a winning record.
Baker gets a win when it mattered most.
I'll take it.

Hopefully a corner turned. Good to see your non stars contribute! Nick Chubb could own the city if he wishes! LeBron who? Much work to do though. First place is an odd feeling as a Browns fan. I'll adapt though!!!

Hopefully this opened Freddie’s eyes to the value of commitment to the run game. We have a stable of backs when hunt gets back it will be down right scary

post game thoughts:
1. RIP to Pastor Marc's mom. but she leaves behind an excellent poster and even better person.
2. OUR RUN GAME. Chubb was on fire the whole game. and completely took it over in the 2nd half
3. Juice had an absolutely dominant performance, especially in the 1st half. hope the concussion isn't too bad.
3. our TE RSJ? way to step up young gun!
4. OBJ might not have shown up in the stat game, but the defense had to account for him, he got us a couple 1st downs due to penalties.
5. baker finally woke up. he still missed some reads and had a pick, but overall, this was a MUCH MUCH better performance than the first 3 weeks, AND he finally gets a win against a playoff team.
6. o line really opened up wholes and kept baker clean the whole game. Hubbard being back did make a difference, and our O line looked really good.
7. Ratley had a bum game.
8. Hilliard also made huge impacts on the game. glad he's holding it down as the 2nd RB.
9. our defense. guys...i was skeptical of Wilks as our DC.
i was wrong. completely wrong. this guy has schemed up some plans that we haven't seen in a while. and to be decimated in the secondary, but have these guys still playing excellent ball? sure, give some credit to Dorsey, but its Wilks who makes sure these guys are ready come gameday, and he hasn't disappointed whatsoever.
10. the ravens didn't have a turnover this season. we changed that. Lamar didn't throw a pick in 200 something passes. we changed that.
11. Randall was a huge lift to our defense, and that 1st quarter sack on lamar really set the tone for our team.
12. lots of work to do, but now we are atop the AFC North!!!

Beckham was being molested all game.
Baker spread the ball around.
Special teams did their part.
Still too many penalties.
If Baker wouldn't have spent so much time on social media we would have won by 50. LOL

Jamie Collins just sealed a win for the Patriots,
Jabrill Peppers had a pick 6 today.
And the Browns get first place in the division and hold the tie breaker.

It’s a good thing we went to other players besides OBJ and won .. that’ll open stuf up for him

- Big win and statement game after a week of hearing heavy criticism (deserved criticism) from the skeptics
- The Browns +7 was free money
- Hats off again to Steve Wilks and the defense. Particularly the secondary.
- Nick Chubb is a beast. Freddie finally learned to give him the ball in the redone and keep Baker under center.
- I'm not concerned at all when Seibert attempts a FG or XP.
- Whitehead made some game changing plays.
- Clean up the penalties. Way too undisciplined at times.
- Myles Garrett had a quiet game.
- Baker looked good today. Big win against a team with a wining record and on the road.
- Much better play calling. The shovel pass to Landy was reminiscent of last year's offense.
- OL had a great game. Nice to see it, particularly in the run game.
- Landry had himself a day. Hope he's ok.
- Ratley had a bad day.
- The Browns are in first place in the AFC North.

Pastor, sorry for your loss.
Stayed out of the play by play wrist slitting in the game day thread and enjoyed the win. Baker seems to be back for the most part. Freddie finally figuring it out. O-line was more gelled. Dinged up D played lights out for the second week in a row. What more could you ask for in a game?

We went into Bmore, and left with a Win. A respectable win at that. - Freddie called a pretty darn good game.. As close to perfect as you could possibly get. Only gripe is we have to get OBJ involved in the redzone. - Chubb was Chubb. All this talk about PFF stats, and he's lost it. Please. That long TD run was a thing of beauty. His footwork going through that hole. Most backs would have tripped up over the o-lines feet. He hit it perfectly. - Landry is this teams MVP. He has put this team on his shoulders. So glad he is a Brown. His leadership on/off the field, and his play on the field. Amazing. His shiftiness gives defenses fits, and his ability to find open lanes in zone coverage is second to none. I hope he doesn't miss much time being in concussion protocol. We need him. - Ricky Seals-Jones stepped in and showed out! That is how you step up for your teammates. - Secondary did the darn thing. I've never winced once in the fact that Greedy and Ward were out. Money Mitch is a STARTER! Not a huge fan of Carrie, but he can hold his own. He has the experience. Our biggest win was getting Randall back. Defense definitely missed him. Room to Improve: - Defensive front 7 - we did well, but gotta stay sound. Saw a lot of Ravens runs where they gashed us straight up the middle. - Damion Ratley... smdh. The mental errors, flags, and not stepping up when the ball comes your way. smdh. Can't wait to get Hollywood and Callaway back. I'm super confident Higgins catches that OBJ throw EASY. Go Browns!!!

Woof! Woof!
Pst... don't sleep on Hillard.
Higgins and Callaway coming back.
We've missed them.

Tomorrow, I will wake up, stretch my arms and say:
"I love the smell of first place in the morning."
It's like the coaching staff listened to us all week: stick with the run, get the ball out of Baker's hands in a hurry.
Nick Chubb's 88 yard run was a strong answer to their TD.
Our D got some timely turnovers, esp. the Ingram fumble.
First time I saw Lamar this year, he throws it much better than I thought he would.
How about our kicker? He hasn't missed a damn thing.

Have we ever ran for 200 yards against Baltimore?
Impressive job today by the offensive line and of course Mr. Chubb does make them look better.
