That little contraption is the next generation of what I use to do.
Back in the early 90's when I sold beer in the Grateful Dead parking lots, I'd put the cooler on a skateboard, siton it and coast around. It was a good way of staying on the move in lots that were patroled for "illegal vending". It also enabled me to get to the people.
