Saw last night that they have determined he wasn't speeding or impaired in any way and the quote was something like, "barring some unknown extraordinary evidence coming forward, this case should be closed soon"
I'm glad Boeheim will be exonerated and that he did nothing wrong. It's still tragic for the family though..

I saw his interview after the Duke game. He seems deeply troubled by what happened. My heart goes out to him, the victim, and the families of both.
