Sorry I've been off the board this week (I'm sure some of you aren't LOL). As the storms swept through Ohio this week, my city was pretty much turned into a lake. Many have lost everything. The first floor of my house had water waist deep in it and I have a basement! Thankfully, no one lost their lives in our city, but the cleanup is going to take awhile. Please keep the entire city, as well as the others that have been hit so hard, in your prayers.

Did they have to temporarily close the restaurant you work in, where you flip burgers?

Kidding. Good luck coach, to you & the community.

This is all Bush's fault. He sent that storm to your community.

Prayers to you & community,

i've been talking to my mom about every night in willard, they got alot but have been pretty luck, that area is the highest in Huron county but she lives near a creek that flows into the huron river and is a main drainage area for Ceryville, the creek has deep banks & they keep it well cleaned up but it was the highest she has ever seen it.

I know i was mad MIS race was rained out sunday couldnt stay for monday or tuesday, but seeing how everything took place, I realize loosing a couple hundred dollars in tickets is pennies to what others lost. God speed for a quick recovery

Thanks to all. The areas are all the way from Bucyrus to Mansfield. Shelby and Bucyrus got it the worst. The streets are finally passable in both cities. I understand they've declared it an emergency so those that didn't have flood insurance should get some aid.

Tragically, there was one life lost in Mansfield. A truck was swept away and overturned and the driver drowned. Thankfully, that is the only one. If everything stays this hot and dry (now) then hopefully the worst is over.
