Whats the word on Harris? Does he have a chance to stick around as a backup? Is he doing anything...or is he turning into just a camp body?

Last thing I read is that they were working him in at DE to sub for Orpheus Roye. But I didn't really pay attention to the DE position during the game on Saturday.

He made a couple of plays Sunday, but he didn't really stand out... then again, like Tyler, I didn't watch the DLine much.
Browns is the Browns
... there goes Joe Thomas, the best there ever was in this game.

Just curious...I felt the Steelers had a sleeper if they could just give him some time to develop.....IMO last season they kept some VETS they probably should have dumped...and should have kept a few rookies to bring along.....Harris was one of them...but you guys grabbed him off their PS.

I checked the official site for defensive stats and there was no mention of him. So either he didn't record any tackles or he never even saw the field.

He saw the field and don't quote me on it but I think I remember him getting after the QB on one play. I could have sworn he stuffed a RB in the backfield as well but he doesn't have any stats to back that up.
I know I seen him once or twice and heard his name mentioned.

He and Williams came close to getting a safety.

I also thought I heard his name briefly mentioned, not sure for what though? I hope you're right, Hack, and the kid develops in time, at least for solid depth and/or rotational play but starter would even be better. After all, we are becoming a bit jurassic on the DL.

No need...not much to see. I've watched it twice, and Harris had an okay day, but didn't do much.

Just one question: Can he sack Roethlisberger?
