This old guy remembers history from our two world wars and one of the strengths of the American Military in those wars was the fact most of those young men knew how to fix their own Vehicles themselves. They had been fixing cars and tractors at home. They could make things work.
No need to take them out of service for minor problems, just fix and fight.

This is actually a 7+ minute video that is performed by an art student. This is her live performance. It's amazing how many people fly off the cuff and don't bother doing the slightest bit of homework.

The fact they think the role of a liberal trying to open a simple is art is even more troubling because now they are glorifying incompetence. Perhaps that is why Cali has gone from being a powerful state to one with raging homelessness, full of illegals, and businesses running away in droves. The nation is watching and learning. They ask themselves, "Do we want to end up like Cali?" The answer is no.

What does this have to do with "liberal education"? I learned to use a can opener at home, it was fundamental to my ability to eat as a pre-teen.... my mom didn't wait until I took Home Economics in HS to learn it.

No it's really not. Until you've spent time in the Appalachian Mountains you really have no idea. Abject poverty. Far more impoverished than many urban areas. What you have always had trouble understanding and maybe always will is that the battle is rich verses poor, not black verses white. Until most poor people figure that out, we'll be as divided as we are in your mind and never accomplish anything.
