It's nice to see a Brown on the cover of any mag, let alone on one non-football related. Good to see.

Not that I like staring at him........

holy crap, the golden boy has arrived.

We're trying to throw the ball downfield and he checked the ball down to Trent Richardson and the Indians on the choice.

He was on the cover of one of the NFL draft magazines I used for our draft day pick 'em contest....

It may have been a collector's item some day if I hadn't torn it to pieces when the selection was announced.

I seem to recall Sipe being on a non-sports cover at one time about his architect business after he left the game.....but can't recall what it was.

BQ is starting to remind me of Joey Harrington when he came out of college.

Good read, and man, Quinn has a phenomenal physique (no homo).

As a guy who's into lifting (but can't do crap right now cuz the weight room's been closed when I want to lift), some of that stuff was very informative.

Nope. Does it come from being insecure and unsure of one's self?

Nope, check Urban Dictionary or miscipedia.com. It's a perfectly legit slang term.

But as I look at Quinn standing waist-deep in a pool during his Men's Health cover shoot, "solid but not special" is not the phrase that comes to mind. "Can't miss" seems far more appropriate. At 6'3'', 236 pounds, and a remarkable 5 percent body fat, Quinn is a striking image of health. Armed with a football, he takes a deep breath and disappears into the sparkling blue chlorine bath. A moment later, the 22-year-old explodes out of the water, turns in midair, and fires a sopping-wet spiral into the Phoenix sun. Naturally, it hits me right between the numbers.

That's from the link..........................

And to think,Ironchunk has only 3% body fat!

And I bought this past issue of Men's Health. I'm going to be using Brady's exercise suggestions over the next few months. We'll see if I can look like him......

I really didn't "need it" either. But that's the first thing that crossed my mind so I just thought I'd share.
