At this point i see no reason not to put him out there. After watching these videos on him, I don't think he has a problem throwing down field. heck why not? I think I have seen enough of Josh...great guy...just not a great QB.
yup his arm does look good...reading defenses??? idk only one way to find out. I do know that McCown just put up 13 points today. I don't care who you are, 13 just ain't good enough on any level.
I think I read somewhere that Joe was the "darling" of the Packers preseason. although I could not find any videos of the packers preseason to see first hand...
I bet you're wondering the samething I did, why O' why didn't I take the...blue pill
Josh isn't the answer, RGIII, who knows, Kessler can't stay on the field and when he does he manages the game but I don't know if he can take a game over when needed and Hogan is still a mystery to me.(perhaps not to you)

Ummm my sentiments exactly. I dont want anymore bums that other teams threw away.
The only guy I want to see is RG3 only cause we should make a decision on him and how to treat the QB position during the offseason... Kessler we know is staying...As the Starter??? Ehhh
McCown quite frankly I hope to never see him start another Browns game again.
The rest Hogan, Callahan are fodder that are here only cause of the injuries. There is no Gold in them there hills!
No more has beens. Continue with RG3 draft the kid from NC. Next year its those 3. Callahan, Hogan stuff is unecessary...they are not Brady. Right now we have to get a better read on RG3 3 quarters is not enough. That is the only one we need to see.

*LOL* at .... there's no more gold in them there hills ... *L* ... good on tab ...
How much u seen of the kid from Carolina ... i watched him against NC State this weekend and watched him against Pit on a link Ed provided that has a bunch if not al his games on it ... go to the Trubinsky thread in tailgate ... link is there ..
Anyhow ...
How much u seen of him and what are your thoughts ... continue in the tailgate thread if u like ... u are very knowledgeable and i love reading what u have to say about talent especially QB's ..
Also if u know of anything i should be watching for when i watch the rest of his games .. please let me know ..
Just a quicky on what I saw of the kid...and no its not many games for data. Just a bit. But you can tell why we like him. I don't care about the success as the team is not that good. But he has very good feet, is accurate and has a strong arm and fast release. I don't think all of a sudden he is going to have two left feet and a bad arm....lol
Is he a smoke screen...we have scouts at his games.
I really like also that kid LOCK from Missouri.

....am I the only one that every time I see one of these "It's time to start ______" threads, My first thought is to replace the name with the word drinking?
It's honestly hard for me to figure out what this offense is supposed to look like, which makes it even harder to evaluate the players in it. We have no semblance of an offensive identity.
It kind of looks like we threw a bunch of desert nomads in the middle of the ocean and are trying to get them to perform a synchronized swimming routine.
I've heard people question "the plan", but I'm not sure it is the problem. The execution has definitely left a lot to be desired. We seem to have a cart in front of the horse situation going on.
Things seem to develop best when you start simple and gradually become more complex. We (fans, coaches, FO, etc.) seem to want to have that complex finished product right away.
Start the guy you plan on starting next year and develop some go to plays/ a foundation.

I was going to start a thread saying "It's time to start GM", thinking that could be a dream come true for him ........... but then I remembered that he would have to play on this team, behind this OL .....and changed my mind.
I don't want to have to visit him in the hospital again.

QB Joe Callahan on the move again. Browns are waiving the former Packer and Saint. With RG3 coming back eventually, 5 QBs was too many.

"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."

That might be just enough to finish the season. Usually wonder about starter; sometimes the backup. This year I want to know fourth and fifth on the depth chart.
We are a fantasy league nightmare.
