This girl hope to be hitting the CS Lottery! I think any man should pay for his children, but it seems funny that a girl he obviously doesn't care for has been raising his baby on welfare and Josh ignored the situation with all he has been going through to get back on track.
I don't buy it. It might be his kid, but I don't buy that he was intentionally dodging this court order, not as fragile as his chances to re-ignite his career have been.
I won't be surprised if it's not his kid, not at all.
Hey its not my fault you guys never made any girls go crazy over you
We just didn't go for the crazy girls that would actually do something like that.
you never know they're that crazy til it hits the fan.
“To announce that there must be no criticism of the President, or that we are to stand by the President, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public.”
I was with a girl for a few months when I woke up to her wailing on my back screaming because she had a dream I cheated on her. I didn't notice any warning signs that she was that whacked.

This might be a good spot for a re-post of the Universal Hot / Crazy Matrix instruction video. I strongly suggest the NFL show this to all rookies at the annual Rookie Symposium:
It was plainly stated that this girl was receiving assistance. Now in order to receive it, they force you to name the father so the government can go after the father to either pay enough child support to get them off welfare or if the father isn't at least middle income, some support to offset government money being spent.
It may very well be that the mother just names anybody she pleases, the most wealthy person she believes might be the father or the actual father himself. But she will name someone to continue receiving benefits.
I know this because I once had it happen to me. The girl had a three year old daughter at the time. The system forced her to give them a name and it was my name she gave. The problem with that was that I was doing roofing work in Alabama at the time she became pregnant. There was zero chance I was the father and we both knew it.
Now I have no idea if Josh is the father or not. I do however know it's not a slam dunk case until the DNA comes back.
Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.

Or she just hands them her cell phone and says, it's probably somebody in my contact list.

Is this really how you feel? I hope it was sarcasm. It's gotta be.......right?

What do you mean? Josh is a stand up kid.
I bet you're wondering the samething I did, why O' why didn't I take the...blue pill

All of which is irrelevant to meathead not showing up to COURT. A DNA test can tell one way or the other. The question is, why is meathead so stupid he thinks court is optional? He has a warrant out for his arrest because he just couldn't be bothered to show up on MULTIPLE occasions.
Crazy girls? My biggest weakness. It's a character flaw. I always without fail went for the crazy girls. I don't see what that has to do with this case though......
Jeez, when was the last time Josh made a good decision?
things happen. even when you make "good" decisions
Things like having a child don't just happen. When you get a woman pregnant though, you do what is RIGHT. You take responsibility and support your child. Even if you have no desire to be with the mother, you support your kid. You pay child support and you set up visitation. Period. You don't just walk away and pretend it didn't happen. Not meathead though. He only cares about ONE person. Himself. On top of all that how absolutely stupid is this guy just blowing off court dates? When a judge tells you to appear you better fricken appear. The warrant was probably for contempt of court and he could do a little time for that depending on the judges mood.... Hope he does. I despise deadbeat dads.
I am laughing at you guys.. Am I only person here who had a girl lie about being pregnant with my child?
I can't imagine being a football star and all the women lying about being pregnant or trying to pin a child on them. just saying
Maybe she did lie. That doesn't mean meathead can just blow off court. Showing up is not optional. A DNA test would prove one way or the other. Until then I'll take the girls word about it. Not like meathead has been a pillar of virtue and honesty.....
Gordon lives a pretty mobile life during the offseason. He's not just sitting at home on the couch all the time checking his mailbox everyday.
Do you check your physical mail when you are on the road? Supposedly, he hadn't received the subpoenas.
It sounds weird to me, but if they just sent mail to places he had been previously, how was he supposed to know? Apparently he wasn't directly "served" the subpoenas.
Some people use their email for all their bills, communication, etc. They probably should have tried to hit him up on on twitter if they wanted a quick response.
Maybe he really is the father, but maybe she just wanted to name someone she knew would be hard to reach.
He took the test now. If he's the father, he'll owe child support. If he's not, people will still probably hold this against him.
You mess with the "Bull," you get the horns. Fiercely Independent.
One more game until Gordon is back. I am excited. I have an irrational love for Josh Gordon and his talents.
Especially now for me ... since Pryor has shown the ability to affect a game like he has. He and Gordon will be fun to watch at least.
"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."
I cannot wait to see Coleman, Pryor, Gordon, Barnidge, Crowell, and Duke .... in any number of combinations.
I think that those 6 just might develop into being as good a group as any most teams can put on the field.
I am also looking forward to seeing how Kessler develops. I was actually kind of impressed with him. He struggled early on, but he seemed to get better as the game wore on. I think that he showed potential today, so it will be interesting to see how he does over (hopefully, and at least) the next few weeks.

Should have been plenty o' blood samples around for a simple little pat test from all the drug checks. Can't believe this is just becoming a burning issue.
Just horrible judgment. Dumb is a lifestyle apparently.

Just saw "Josh Gordon entering In-patient rehab and putting his return to the Browns on hold" on the NFL Network ticker. I'll see if I can find a link.
"After careful thought and deep consideration I've decided that I need to step away from pursuing my return to the Browns and my football career to enter an in-patient rehabilitation facility. This is the right decision for me and one that I hope will enable me to gain full control of my life and continue on a path to reach my full potential as a person. I appreciate the support of the NFL, NFLPA, the Browns, my teammates, my agent and the community through this extremely challenging process."
Statement from Executive VP of Football Operations Sashi Brown on Josh Gordon
"We support Josh in taking this step to seek additional help and treatment. His singular focus must be on his own health. We want nothing more than for Josh to be successful personally and professionally and will not comment on his status with the organization at this time."

Gordon had been suspended through Week 4.

WTMF! I thought I was slick by drafting him in all of my fantasy leagues and stashing him on the bench till his return, then he pulls this crap. *sigh* This season so far has not been one of my favorites, as if there are many to choose from
