I've always been interested in True Crime, going all the way back to high school. I love to read about serial killers. I'm fascinated by stories of people that go missing. Although it's always sad and tragic, it really interests me..
I've been binge downloading podcasts over the last few months or so..
I just listened to a 2 episode podcast about a case that I'm sure some on this board are familiar with. A guy in Columbus, goes to a bar and never comes out. Med school kid with a girlfriend, and a few days away from a spring break trip. CCTV has cameras at the entrances and they catch him going in, coming back out, going back in once again near close, and never being seen from again... The podcast was really well done.
I love to hear people's theories on stuff like this.
I know Clem and I had discussed the first season of serial on here.
I just finished the final documentary in the trilogy of Paradise Lost, which is a pretty crazy story from 20 years ago...
Was wondering if anyone else was into this kind of stuff and what kind of docs or podcasts they were into.

Watch The Wire if you haven't by now. Fictionalized, but based off of true accounts of life in Baltimore. Martin O'Malley ended up as the basis for one of the characters in the later seasons.

Yeah, I'm about halfway through that. Great show. What I am asking about more in here is the real life stuff.

I like watching Forensics Files.
My Dad is a retired FBI agent. When I was a kid I read his forensics book that had graphic photos of about 100 different ways to die. It scared the crap out of me.
Forensics is interesting to me.
