I know the e-mail server issue has been discussed to death, but I have a question that I have not heard anyone bring up, either her accusers or defenders. It just seems so obvious to me and could be damning or clearing depending on this answer.
We are all aware of her "unsecured personal sever" that contains e-mails that are being debated as to their security status. My questions is, if she claims to have never received any classified e-mails on her private server where did any of the classified e-mails get sent to. I would assume she would have had to have received numerous ones during her 4 year "term". IF so, where were they sent?
Maybe this was addressed and I missed it but if I am sure she had a secure address afforded her. Did she use both addresses.

The classified emails were sent to her Hillary@wikileaks.com email address.

She did her Secretary of State business over her private server. She never should have done any such thing. There are also the 30K emails she deleted, and no one knows what those contained.
When I was a Navy contractor, the simple rule was, "if in doubt, it's classified until someone says different." If I can keep some of the secrets I knew 20 years later, why can't she?

She had an official state department email too.
The real conspiracy that is going to come out of this, IMHO, is that the emails show proof of the Clinton's taking money from some various sources for the Clinton Foundation then doing political favors for those sources.

Like Erik says above, there were 30,000 emails deleted that may very well have been classified. Then there was the classified email that had the "classified" status along with the subject line stripped by the aide who was forwarding the email from the State Dept server (secure) to her server (not secure) on her orders. Can we assume that wasn't the only time that happened? Is a pig's ass pork? http://www.cnn.com/2016/01/08/politics/hillary-clinton-emails-2016/

that's a lot of speculation.

Sure it is, but this is the Clintons we're talking about. Besides, we know it happened once, and that one time alone was a serious crime.

I'm sure she's just like me in the sense that I have two email addresses. One is for business and the other is for personal use. My business email is run through my website and is handled by WEB.com. My personal email is one I've had since I think sometime around 1995 with AOL. Oh, and I do have a third but I only use it for message boards.
The problem is that apparently she received or sent email on her private server that may or may not have contained sensitive or secret information/Data.
I would think that by now, if they had absolute proof that she did something wrong, she'd be in jail. That's why I'm waiting to see what happens before I condemn her.

I understand she "deleted" 30,000 and I assume there probably was a secure email address provided to her (Old Cold wrote there was). That is what generated my question.
Since this has been such a negative issue for her (her honesty & integrity poll #s are very low)would you not think a simple answer from her would be "All classified e-mails I received were to my secure address". That could explain everything but I have not heard that. Nor have I heard any congressional investigator or conservative "journalist" ask this. It just seems logical to me.
As to why no charges have been filed, unless I am wrong, the investigators don't have the authority to do that, just to investigate. I think that would fall to the justice department or am I wrong?
Since Old Cold Dawg said she did have a secure email too, that makes the question even more obvious or are we just assuming her defense is that she never received a single classified e-mail?
Maybe I am just dense here, but she has to be lying unless she used the secure site also. I don't see how she did not receive anything classified for 4 years as SOS.

in my opinion, maybe charges aren't being filed because if they file charges against hilary, there could be a snowball effect, and republicans could get caught up in their own scandals with it.
it would be funny if they filed charges against her, and also filed charges against republican senators caught doing the same thing that happened to lead the witch hunt.
talk about back firing.

Interesting, except would the Republicans really determine if charges are initiated? I thought that was the Justice Department role.
Saying that, send them all away if that is the proper punishment. I don't care who did it. I am getting sick of the stuff politicians do and justify it by "everyone does it". I doubt I can rip up a speeding ticket legally because "everyone does it".

the justice department does the charging, yes.
but come on, it's government, you know just as well as i do that if the justice department charged politicians that needed to be charged, we wouldn't have a government anymore because damn near all of them would be behind bars.
they pick in choose. it's the country we live in.

talk about back firing. Not to mention both Condi Rice and Colin Powell admitted the use of private email servers to send what are now considered classified emails.

talk about back firing. That's interesting.. hadn't given that an once of thought. But I suppose it could be. in fact, it wouldn't surprise me in the least.
