Was so up set after the Jets game that I just blew it off the DVR .. If anyone still has it take a look see .. We had zero pressure on the QB ; Did we Blitz at all ???

I saw a few selective times that we blitzed ... and every time our players were engulfed by the line never to be seen from again. this continues to be a problem for us ... it seems like our blitz success rate is like 5%

Ryan Fitzpatrick, for all of his flaws as a QB, does have one strength. He has a very quick release, and he is hard to sack.
Also, it was one game. (and this is on the wrong forum, by the way)

No doubt about it. One game does not a season make; however, our inability to blitz effectively has been a major issue since I can remember. Obviously blitzing is a gamble for any team, but it seems like we're always the losers.

(and this is on the wrong forum, by the way) So asking about blitzing in the Jets game doesn't belong in the Jets Game Day forum? I learn something new every day......

We definitely blitzed, the Jets did a great job off picking them up.
I think we only had one QB pressure though. The Jets didn't really throw downfield, it's hard to get to the QB when he gets the ball out of his hand fast.
