So no paper towels in perpetuity because of budget cuts? That's whack on more than one front. One of those fronts is the idiot head of your department (or whatever department) that will cut towels instead of something else. I can't think of any reasonable scenario that would have a 5-8% budget cut impact bathroom supplies.
But seriously, not even a "blow" dryer in the bathroom?
nah gotta ask the wifey to burrow her blow dryer everyday. Maybe 05 can start a side hustle and start charging his co-workers at the door to dry their hands.
