The Javelins were sent to Ukraine way back in 2018.I can't remember who was Pres. then,but I'm sure it wasn't Biden.
I think it goes back to Trumps first impeachment where Javelins were being held back by the Trump administration in hopes of getting Ukraine to open an investigation against the Bidens.
Let's just say there is history there... and Trump holds a grudge.
