White House says that would resolve 45% of the loans...Those people are drowning in debt and need a bailout? People with under 20k in loan debt?
But it's not based on whether they can afford that small loan, not based on their ability to work and pay it off, it's not even based on fields in which degrees aren't paying off, or anything that would make a speck of sense.
Basically,
everyone qualifies, as long as they have a loan. It's almost like Oprah is in the White House.
