Yeah? So what?

Well, I have been walking like a tottering weeble wooble for quite a while now. It seems that I have had issues with the IT Bands in both legs, but mainly the right. have been seeing a masage therapist for a couple of months now, who uses pressure points and darn near abusive levels of pressure ..... but I actually managed to not only walk a bit, but to walk around my entire block. I was shocked when I realized just how far from home I was ..... but figured that I would just have to finish it then. lol

It truly is amazing, because like I said, I have not been able to walk very much. I am curious to se if I am able to do more than 5 minutes on the bike tonight, or not.

I have to say, though, this is rather amazing.

Any nagging problem I've ever had was solved by massage or acupuncture. Hope this journey leads to great place!

A long as I don't put more than 20# of any kind of pressure on my shoulder for at least the next 3 months ... and as long as I never get hit. I am old.

Real toe tapper that. I was gonna suggest a little sumpin' sumpin' from RiverDance, but thought it might be too soon. Get done sooner, I suspect. Just tickled to learn of this good news.

Thanks for being open and posting about your health problems. A while back you posted about having a hernia. I thought to myself, "I might have one too." Either that or a couple of lipomas. I went to a specialist, got an EEG and found out I had two lipomas, plus a hernia in my belly-button. The doctor said the hernias in the belly-button come at birth. People can't tell from looking at it, but doctors obviously can. I never knew. Looks normal to me.

Anyhow, I had minor surgery on my lipomas about 3 or 4 weeks ago, everything went well. The doctor said leave the hernia alone in the belly-button, unless it bothers me. It doesn't.

They also did a biopsy, no cancer, thank God. I'm getting older (I'm 59) and have to worry about stuff like that now from time to time.

I used to stay away from doctors at all costs ..... but as I have gotten older, I have found that it makes better sense to get potential problems checked out quickly. The worst thing is to let minor problems turn into major ones.
