Yes, after those officials identified themselves as being members of the Department of Homeland Security. To be a lie those school officials would have to have known that they were in fact not from the Department of Homeland Security and were in fact Secret Service employees. I guess the fact that members of the Secret Service lying about which department they were with wasn't the lie but the school officials reporting who the officers said they were with was the lie in trumplandia.
