I’ll make a prediction right now that Detroit will take a step back next season. They’ll still be good but not as good. Too many coaches leaving. JMO

Yep. Coaching definitely had something to do with a team that played out of it's mind every week. That team was also a big bottle of lightning this season. Prime prospect for a natural correction in the other direction. Maybe they'll hit the playoffs at 11-6 in '25 and be angry about it.

My guess is Deion wanted to much power as the Head Coach so Jerry passed. Deion probably wanted some say as far as player selection and that's Jerry's domain.
