I think we need to look a guy like Malik Willis, I think he'd be worth a look.. He can't possibly be worse than what we have and he'd be cheap enough to take an extended look. Our biggest issue is still we don't have a staff that should be in charge of building this I’d also be looking at Zack Wilson and Mac Jones, both would come cheap. Maybe a change of scenery would do them good as well.

And what could be better for a QB than a change of scenery in Cleveland? 😗

I’m noticing very little activity on the forum. I’ve been posting on here for almost 12 years and i’ve never seen so much apathy and frustration from everyone. It’s definitely warranted. We’ve had a lot of bad seasons but this one might just be the absolute worst. The last time we were this apathetic was probably when Modell announced the move. Of course there was no Dawgtalkers message boards then... But that was roughly the feeling we had or at least that I had. Wanted to crawl in a whole and never think about football again. But I have faith I'll climb out of this in time.

I don't know. When he announced the move I saw more outrage from Browns fans than apathy. It rose to such a high level the NFL guaranteed Cleveland a new team, the history, the name Browns and the colors. I don't think all of that came about due to apathy.
Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.

If Jimmy doesn’t blow this up in the offseason I truly hope the fans send him a clear message of what they think about his team. I’m usually one of the most passionate fans even though I haven’t lived in Ohio since the 90s, but even I stopped caring by like weeks 3-4 this year. There is literally no confidence that the FO can choose the right players or develop the ones they choose. It’s been five years and the failures outweigh the successes so badly that it’s become a worse embarrassment than Brandon Weeden getting stuck under the flag or Johnny Manzeil and the “money phone”.
Who let the Dawgs out???

Not sure if this was mentioned... apologies if it has....
Why are our core guys still out there? Starting DTR this week and next is as obvious sign as any that we've packed it in for the year.
Not IR'ing Garrett is wild to me. Let him start his off-season early and get his foot surgery.
Instead of IR'ing Ward and locking him in a dark room so his brain can re-congeal, we have him back there potentially returning kicks (he was under the goalpost for that long Cade York field goal). For someone as resigned as I am, that one got me heated. We can't even lose/tank properly.
There is no level of sucking we haven't seen; in fact, I'm pretty sure we hold the patents on a few levels of sucking NOBODY had seen until the past few years.

So we can tell our fans, "We battled."

Everybody earns their cupcake participation trophy this week at the end of the season. That's fine, as long as they all do so in one piece. I've gone through all the stages of grief regarding this season, so I'd like to think that I'm in a very pragmatic state of mind right now. I would love to know one good reason why Garrett playing and putting off surgery even longer and Ward going out there and taking additional hits does to further the long-term success of the franchise.

I would think Garrett wants to win the sack title. Keeping him happy with that might be useful, it might not. I don't know how important it is to him.

I would think that Myles is highly motivated to lead the NFL in sacks but also motivated to be named the NFL Defensive Player of the Year, again.

This was pure horror too: forgot we had our version of Will Levis on the Titans.

The last time I checked we had three of them. DW, JW and DTR.
