This was putrid. Ten yards at the half on the ground? It was good to see us working some sacks. I wanted to say I liked some plays by Martin on D. We may need to make a trade with somebody desperate for our 4th QB for a tackle or two. Our OL isn't viable depth. It is easier to see some of the cuts that should happen. Pretty lousy game, understandably so.

I am really struggling and juggling who should be kept for PS and as to why. One cut, right? Probably its own thread. We may well need parts from the Flood when the cutdown happen.

j/c...

Siaki Ika blows. He'll likely make the team because of his draft position and then get the pink slip next year. Chris Williams took advantage of his opportunities.

Looks like we are on track to lead the league in injuries again. Didn't we get a new weight room or coaches or something?

I don't care who is calling the offensive play calls, they all suck so far. Defense isn't much better. Better hope no starters get injured. Yikes.

I don't care, I've said for years, we need a new Strength and conditioning team.. Something isn't right with the level of injuries we constantly deal with.. Yeah every team does blah blah, but not at this rate and consistent.

I obviously don't like to see the injuries like everyone else but I think the coaches are doing exactly what they want in these games to see what we have. Some of these guys won't even be on the roster come opening day. Some of them have played well regardless of the final scores.

I really hope the NFL scraps this kick off experiment.

At DT, context and meaning are a scarecrow kicking at moving goalposts.

Absolutely great effort, no doubt. It appears that's when 74 got hurt?

In 2017 the Browns went 4-0 in the preseason. They turned around and went winless in the regular season. I fully understand that the preseason is the first Browns football fans see since the end of last season. But let's not put too much stock in what we're seeing. You will be shown more chaff than wheat and that's the way it's intended to be.

Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.

Teams that believe they are good work on the bottom of the roster during preseason games. Teams that have something to work on or need to figure things out play starters.

I remember Pittsburgher going 0-4 one of the years they won a SB.

I agree. We’ve started the regular season pretty well the last few seasons so I would think our coaching staff knows what it’s doing. Only injuries and a catchable pass that wasn’t prevented us from starting better last year.

You don’t think the Chiefs believe they are good?

Jets have run a pretty intense training camp with Aaron Rodgers. Rodgers said it was one of the toughest he can remember. Joint practices with two different teams. Tons of 11 on 11 work.

Meanwhile our QB who is not capable of handling pressure gets more 7 on 7 reps than a pop warner team. It doesn’t seem like we practice actual football very much.

LOL - The Rish will be upset with this news as well. KS just doesn't prioritize winning...

I feel the same way. I know we have a lot of talent and feel that we can win 12 games. On the other hand something doesn’t feel quite right. A friend asked me how the Browns are going to do this season and I said they could win 12 games but they could also lose 10-12 games. I really don’t know what to expect.

Yet had great success with the Packers who he claims training camp wasn't as tough. I guess that goes to show having a tough training camp is a moot point. Let's see if he gets a ring with the Jets this year. Get back to me on that.
